Use It Challenge

I found this challenge site - Use It - that encourages "dehoarding" through using supplies in challenges. This week's challenge was:

Make a card or altered item using ...

...1. An unusual item

Wall paper, gift wrap, an old card front/image made new,

mesh bag from kitchen, bubble wrap used as a stamp, magazine, etc.

...2. One stamp...

3. One die cut or embellishment

Here's the details about this card. The unusual item that I chose to use was the Francis Meyer gold photo corner stickers (used in the center) that I have had in my stash FOREVER! It isn't that I was hoarding them, just needed to find a use for them. I attached them to a black square and then used my Fiskars Heritage corner punch for the corners. The large pendant is Spellbinders Fleur De Lis, cut out of Paper Company gold translucent paper. The two borders are Hero Arts metallic paper and the top border was punched with a Martha Stewart loop punch. The stamp used on this card are from PTI (Guidelines set) and stamped with Tsukineko gold pigment ink pad. Thanks for looking - this was fun!
