Vacation photos

Well, I'm back from vacation. We had a wonderful time. My husband, son and I went on a 7 day Alaska cruise with my parents. This was the first time for all of us and we enjoyed it so much. The scenery is absolutely beautiful (photos don't do it justice) and breath-taking. We were blessed with good weather - no rain, which is highly unusual - and two days there were record highs in the mid-80's. I've had a difficult week this week, getting back into routine (time changes and such). I also caught a "bug" since we've returned, so haven't had much energy to make cards. Hopefully I will get back in the swing soon. I'd like to share just a couple photos of our vacation. This was the final night on the ship. The sun painted a beautiful picture for us to enjoy! College Fjord - We were here early in the morning, and it was foggy. The water was totally calm and the reflections were stunning! Ketchikan - The stairs going up the hill are actually a street (with a street sign)! Houses are built on steep hills. Cars park below and residents climb the stairs. Can you imagine moving in or out of those houses?! This is our first glimpse of the ship. We were amazed at how huge it was! Thanks for stopping by. Hope to have something to share SOON!
