Making my own designer paper

Okay, I admit it, I hate to waste paper scraps. As a result, I have a drawer full of scraps that were too good to throw away. I took some time to play with some of those paper scraps today and here is the result...my own designer paper. I sorted through and found colors that blended well. Then on base cardstock I attached adhesive strips and laid my paper strips over those in a random pattern. I haven't decided if I will use this as a card base or use it as paper to make embellishments from.
