Stamping 411 Saturday Sketch Challenge 141

I actually took some time to stamp today, so here is my second post.  I made this card for the Stamping 411 Saturday Sketch Challenge

The card base is Brocade Blue and the dotted paper is Regal Rose DSP.  The flower image is from the stamp set For All You Do.  The dotted ribbon is non-SU, but goes perfectly with the paper.  I tilted the image as I felt that added a bit of life to the card.  Thanks for looking.

Two challenges in one card!

For this card, I combined two challenges.  Stamping 411 had a great sketch that I changed up just a bit (turned the card on it's side and moved the sentiment to a different spot).  And the color combination this week at Scrapmaster's Paradise Color Combos (SPCC) is Brocade Blue, Kraft, Bashful Blue.  All supplies used are Stampin' Up!  I really like the shading effect that occurs when ink is brushed on the edges of card stock.  It really adds some nice depth.  Thanks so much for stopping by to visit.

Supplies:  Card stock:  Kraft, Bashful Blue;  Ink: Brocade Blue, Soft Suede; Punches: Circle, Eyelet Border, Word Window, Modern Label, Corner Rounder; Stamps: Of the Earth, Close as a Memory, Teeny Tiny Wishes
